Overview

Our two historic waterfront vacation homes are situated in the picturesque town of Port Gamble on Washington's stunning Kitsap Peninsula. Overlooking the tranquil waters of Hood Canal, this quiet and private setting provides a wonderful refuge for a special occasion or just a weekend getaway.

Guests are invited to roam our private beach, launch a kayak, or hike and bike nearby forested trails.  We are a short walk from the restaurants, shops and activities in Port Gamble, a national historic landmark since 1966. A short drive away are Kingston, Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island each featuring shops, restaurants, galleries and other attractions. And just one mile away is the Hood Canal Bridge, gateway to the Olympic Peninsula which offers endless opportunities for discovery.

Amenities

We provide many guest amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

  • Both houses feature fully equipped kitchens.

  • Guest House 1 has a larger kitchen with a deep freezer and additional prep space.

  • All linens and towels are provided.

  • Indoor gas fireplace (October 1 through April 30)

  • Outdoor fire pit (May 1 through September 30)

Please note that our outdoor fireplaces will be stored away during burn bans.  Bonfires are prohibited on the property including the beach.

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access

We provide complimentary and secure Wi-Fi internet access at the houses.  However, due to the construction of the homes and the general area, a stable and consistent connection is not guaranteed.  If you require a stable connection during your stay, we recommend that you supply your own cellular/wireless modem and service.  Also you are more than welcome to visit the Dauntless Bookstore in town for wireless internet access.  Please note that we do not have wired internet access.
